	Cygnet Mini-Hollower The Cygnet tool or baby swan is an ideal tool for small diameter and small opening hollow forms. Cygnet uses a Hunter # 1 Carbide cutter set at 45 degrees front tilt. The Cygnet tool design is easy to control. Short distance from cutter to bend minimizes chatter. Perfect for hollowing ornaments! We recommend doing a random rotation of the cutter every time the tool is used. When it gets dull, the cutter can be replaced. A light coating of wax prior to use will help loosen the cutter screw next time. 	Straight Sided Flat Bottomed Box Scraper - 10V Steel This Negative Rake Scraper is the secret to straight sided, flat bottomed boxes! The rounded edge guides along the side of the box making a straight side that needs very little sanding, and the square end makes a flat bottom to your box. Can be used to make a square cornered box or to make a redius in the corner. This is a finishing tool, intended to be used after the inside of the box is roughed out with a more agressive tool. 	50/50 Scraper - 10V Steel 50/50 is a Negative Rake Scraper with a 50 degree included angle on the cutting edge, and a 50 degree profile. Like the SSFB Scraper above, the rounded edge guides along the side of a box making a smooth straight side. This is a finishing tool. The sharp point reaches into tight corners to smooth convex curves. Sharpen either way up, and use with the sharpening burr up to smooth the surface and remove tearout, minimizing your sanding. 	Round Nose Scraper - 10V Steel This Negative Rake Scraper has a half-round profile, and a 50 degree included angle on the cutting edge. Like the SSFB Scraper and 50/50 above, the rounded edge guides along the side of a box making a smooth straight side. This is a finishing tool. The round shape smooths concave curves such as the inside of a box or small bowl. Use with the sharpening burr up to smooth the surface and remove tearout, minimizing your sanding.Hand sharpened and ready to use. 10V Finial Gouge 3/8"	Drozda Signature 3/8" Finial Gouge This 3/8" Spindle Gouge with the Drozda Finial Grind is designed for making the accurate, precise, detailed finials for which Cindy is well known. The tip is shaped with a small radius, giving it the detail cutting ability of an 1/8" gouge, while having the strength of a 3/8" tool. The long swept back wings are used like a skew chisel for planing cuts. This gouge has most of the heel removed for better access. 	Drozda Signature 1/4" Vortex Tool The perfect tool for getting into really tight spaces! The vortex tool can slice endgrain like a skew or make very clean vee-groove details and define the v-shaped space between beads. Excellent for finishing a bead next to a square pommel. Used for light finishing cuts. Hand sharpened and ready to use! Re-sharpen with a diamond hone on the top surface. Vortex is not meant to be used as a scraper. 	Drozda Signature Square Recess Scraper This is a very special negative rake square end scraper. It excells at accurately cutting parallel-sided square recesses to fit box lids or make jam chucks. This scraper has a top bevel to reduce catches, also making it good for use on hardwoods, exotics, plastics, and other materials. It is used flat on the toolrest. Cutting with the burr allows you to make very light finishing cuts to tune up the fit. Hand sharpened and ready to use! 	Drozda Signature Hook Scraper This Negative Rake Scraper is used for hollowing boxes and vessels that need undercutting at the rim. The top bevel reduces catches for stress-free endgrain hollowing of small boxes and other projects. This tool works best with hardwoods, and is capable of both aggressive and finishing cuts. It is used flat on the toolrest. Hone off the burr for extra fine cuts and for working with plastics. Hand sharpened and ready to use! 	Drozda Signature Arc Scraper The Arc Tool is a Negative Rake Scraper that is used for fine finishing.Arc removes tearout, and leaves a super smooth surface that needs only light sanding. Its unique versatile curved profile works a variety of shapes. Symetrical bevels allow Arc to be used either side up. The tool is used flat on the tool rest, with the grinding burr up to cut burls and side grain. Honing off the burr, or turning the tool upside down, gives a finer finish on endgrain or acrylic. 	Drozda Signature Sweep Scraper The Sweep Tool is a Negative Rake Scraper that is used for fine finishing. This tool removes tearout, and leaves a super smooth surface that needs only light sanding. Its gently curved profile works well on shallow concave surfaces such as platters and bowls. Symetrical bevels allow the Sweep to be used either side up. Used in the same manner as the Arc Tool. 	Drozda Signature 1/4" Pyramid Tool - 10V Steel The Pyramid Tool is also known as a Point Tool. It can be used to make clean vee grooves in any grain orientation or material. 	40/40 Grind Bowl Gouge - 10V Steel Available in 3/8", 1/2", and 5/8" diameter. 3/8" is excellent for bulk removal on small projects; save the edge on your Finial Gouge for the fine details. 1/2" is an all around work horse of a tool, for bowls, vases, hollow forms, spindles, and especially pommels. 5/8" provides strength and stability with the increased toolrest overhang in deeper bowls. The 40/40 Grind is best for push cuts. Hand sharpened and ready to use! 	1/8" Parting Tool - 10V Steel This 1/8" Parting Tool is one of the most useful tools I own. Makes very clean parting cuts. Peels away wood with the bevel-rubbing. 	1/16" Parting Tool - M2 Steel This thin kerf Parting Tool helps to maintain grain alignment on boxes, and gets into tight places. The profile allows the blade to trepan without binding. Use to make peeling cuts with the bevel rubbing, or as a negative rake scraper. Sharpen the top, only touching up the bottom bevel when it gets too short, to keep the cutting edge close to the support point. Hand sharpened and ready to use! 	3/8" Beading and Parting Tool - 10V Steel This 3/8" Parting Tool is another one of my most often used tools. Use with the bevel rubbing as a peeling cutter to get down to diameter fast. Raise the end of the handle and it's a negative rake scraper to fine tune a tenon fit or smooth a convex surface. Also rolls beads and planes like a skew. Hand sharpened and ready to use! 	3/4" Bottom Bowl Gouge - 10V Steel The Bottom Bowl Gouge is the way to get a smooth curve and clean cut on the inside bottom of a side-grain bowl. The U shaped flute cuts without wings to dig in. Note: This tool does the bottom 1/3 of an open bowl. It is not a general purpose bowl gouge. Sharpened with a 60º bevel angle. Increase the angle for deeper bowls. Hand sharpened and ready to use!
